Description

Audit and refactor all resume position data to move from simple strings to a results-oriented rich format. Rewrite highlights to explicitly state business impact and leadership roles.

Acceptance Criteria

• #1 All YAML files in _data/resume/positions/ use the {text, impact, leadership} format.
• #2 Each position has at least one highlight with an ‘impact’ or ‘leadership’ field.
• #3 Resume renders correctly in both standard and ATS views with the new data.

Final Summary

Successfully enriched and standardized all resume positions.

• Refactored ~20 YAML files in _data/resume/positions/ to the rich achievement format (text, impact, leadership).
• Synthesized meaningful impact and leadership metadata for all positions, shifting the focus from tasks to results.
• Updated position-entry.html and ats-position-entry.html to render these new fields as professional badges.
• Styled the new metadata in _sass/_p_theme_modern.scss with distinct Nord-themed colors.
• Verified that all pages render correctly and pass layout assertions in Playwright.
• This fulfills all acceptance criteria for TASK-011.
